Description
Armenia has been developing its digital transformation strategy since 2018, with the development of the framework document “2030 Digital Transformation Agenda”, approved on 11 February 2021 by a government resolution. The Armenian e-government Portal serves as a single access point for the e-governance tools and databases of the Armenian public authorities. The portal features links to the various thematic e-service portals.  Several initiatives have been undertaken over the last five years. Relevant examples include the establishment of the Shared Environmental Information System (SEIS) for Lake Sevan (www.seis-sevan.am) and the development of the Ecoportal (www.ecoportal.am). The Ecoportal provides a single access point for data and information on water. The Ecoportal will be expanded to cover other thematic areas of the environmental domain
